In order to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase by following the guidelines. Details’ listed below.

 

We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on your purchase within 3 days you receive the dress. Please contact our customer service center. Provide us your order number and describe the problem to us.

 

Color aberration is not included in the quality problem. The color shown in the PC monitor will exist a minor deviation with the fabric itself.

All of the size in our website is US standard. All of our dresses are customer made; please follow the size guide before place the order. We DO NOT accept any return if the size customer provides is incorrect.

 

PO cancellation: If you want to cancel your order, please contact with us within 24 hours before we start making the dress for you. Since all dresses are custom made, if you want to cancel the order when the dress is in process or completed, we’ll charge you on the fabric cost and manual cost.

 

Overdue issue: If the schedule we promised can not meet , we’ll fully refund to you. For the delivery time, please refer to our delivery term. If the customer want to pull in the schedule, please check with us first to confirm.

To better solve the issue for our customer, we may need customer to provide some evidence if needed, so need customer’s support to cowork with us.

 

Refund method: We’ll release the refund to your Paypal account directly, and our customer service staff will track the issue with you to get it solved.
